Noel Hayden was born in December 1970 (Precise date unknown). Noel founded Gamesys in 2001 with 2 others (Robin Tombs and Andy Dixon). He also established Profitable Play, Mice and Dice (established in 2004), Entertaining Play and Digital media Ltd (established on 19th October 1993).
Mr Hayden has a programming background, having developed websites for a few years. He started his career in games by playing and making games on a Tandy TRS80.
Games runs a handful of high caliber bingo and casino brands such as Jackpotjoy (the initial gambling site), the sun bingo (the agreement to take over from Tombola was made in 2008), Heart Bingo and Caesar's Bingo (agreement made with the giant Caesar's Entertainment Corporation).
Mr Hayden recently acquired Virgin games and agreed a partnership with the Virgin Group which was previously operated by Virtue Fusion. Simon Burridge and his team built a strong platform and now with the help of the Gamesys Group we can expand further internationally. We believe the Gamesys Group shares our vision and will be great partners in the sector." The acquisition was managed and faciliateated by the group Olswang.
